Organizations today face an unprecedented combination of change, complexity, and persistent uncertainty. Emerging technologies, evolving markets, workforce shifts, economic volatility, and geopolitical disruption continue to reshape how organizations compete. At the same time, organizations themselves are becoming more complex, making it increasingly difficult to adapt, execute, and sustain performance.
Zolla Point Partners helps boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams strengthen the leadership, organizational capabilities, and operating models needed to thrive in that environment.
Start a conversation →Your company's limiting factor likely isn't strategy.
It's organizational capability.
Markets evolve. Technologies advance. Customer expectations shift. But organizations rarely evolve at the same pace. Leadership behaviors, decision-making processes, organizational capabilities, and operating models often lag behind the environments in which they operate. As a result, organizations increasingly find themselves with the right vision — but without an organization equipped to deliver it at speed and scale.
We believe sustainable competitive advantage is becoming less about having better ideas and more about building organizations that can learn, adapt, and execute faster than their environment and competitors. That requires more than isolated change initiatives. Organizations capable of sustained performance share common characteristics: leaders who create clarity, operating models that enable speed, decision-making that keeps pace with change, and cultures that support learning and accountability. We help leadership teams strengthen and align these foundations to build organizations that can continuously adapt and deliver.
How we help.
We partner with boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams to assess organizational readiness and define practical roadmaps for change. Together, we evaluate current capabilities, identify the barriers limiting execution, and prioritize the leadership, organizational, and operating model changes needed to build an organization capable of adapting and delivering over the long term.
Organizations become more capable only when their leaders do. Through custom learning experiences and leadership coaching, we help leaders develop the mindsets and behavioral shifts needed to lead organizations through increasing complexity and continuous change — building organizations that can continuously adapt and execute.
Some organizational challenges require more than advice. For select engagements, we step into executive leadership roles to accelerate transformation, strengthen organizational capability, and help leadership teams build lasting change from within.
For more than three decades, Tony has led organizations through critical inflection points — moments when shifts in markets, technology, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics required leaders to rethink how their organizations operate and evolve. His perspective is shaped by three complementary sets of experiences: leading transformation from inside organizations, advising boards on strategic change, and developing leaders through executive education. Together, they provide a uniquely practical perspective on how organizations adapt, execute, and evolve in times of change.

Tony's board perspective has been shaped by years of engaging directors from both sides of the boardroom — as an operating executive presenting on technology, digital growth, organizational transformation, and talent strategy, and today as an advisor to corporate boards. He is also an active contributor to the governance community through organizations such as the NACD, where he writes and speaks on topics including AI, workforce capability, and organizational adaptation.
